Experience

Projects Larry led at Think Tank Architects are credited on each card, so it is always clear who did what.
Multi-residential and specialist housing
More than 20 years of architectural experience across Australia, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, across over 50 medium-to-large projects, including more than 1,000 independent living units across residential, retirement living and disability accommodation, plus hundreds of residential projects. Queensland work includes 34 SDA dwellings across Fully Accessible and High Physical Support categories, 94 social housing dwellings now in the early contractor involvement phase, and four consecutive commissions for the same developer: a track record built on practical delivery and design that performs through construction.
Queensland projects below are Think Tank Architects commissions, led by Larry Vlad as Project Leader.
